I have been charged $19.95 for something I did not order, taken out of my checking account. I spoke with no one about this and and did not see the charge until the second month. I made a phone call to cancel and was on hold for over 30 minutes so I cancelled on line at their website. How can companies like this go into your bank account and just charge whatever they want.
