I have called 3 times in which to get a claim form and the first time, I was told it was being mailed...Didn't receive it.Called a 2nd time and was told..since you didn't receiver the 1st one, I will expedite this one to you.Didn't get that one either.Spoke to a Don out of Pensacola Fla. and he said he will expedite me a claim form.Doubt I will get one. I don't know who else to call..I am sorry I have to use a claim but that is why we pay for these policies but if we don't have anyone to really get an answer from, what does one do? Thank You.I have even e-mailed them @ www.amer.prog.com to no avail.
