Toll Brothers Inc, refuses to fix the following problems that exists since closing of the house purchase on 8/23/2002:

1) broken and falling tiles on the roof

2) leakage on the roof behind the gutters due to structure defects

On 2/26/10, I WAS contacted directly by the business:

1) Toll Brothers agreed to fix the issues

2) However, excuses after excuses, they haven't fixed or scheduled to do so.
