I thought I canceled my agreement with TollFreeMax 6 months ago. I thought wrong. They continued to bill me. I emailed again to [email protected] - they kept billing me. I called them at 877-8888-MAX, and told them I want to cancel, they hung up on me.

I called them again and they referred me to their service agreement which I don't remember agreeing to in the first place. The agreement has a cancellation procedure where I can only cancel if I fax them my cancellation request and pay a cancellation fee. None of that I have in my original agreement.

The service is absolutely horrible. I had dropped calls, static and delays.

Stay away from this company!
