Tom Adams Builders was hired to do some backfill work around our home. We advanced him the payment ($500), so that he could afford to hire a crane to lift his bobcat out of a ditch that an employee had driven into. He agreed to return with his bobcat and do the backfill work. He never return, avoided our calls, made up excuses when we did get in touch with him and when finally confronted, told us that he would not be doing the work. He is keeping the money.
