Had a problem with a promotion at Foxwoods. Simply went there and was not allowed to use the promotion. Complained at a later date and spoke to several employees. One employee suggested I speak to another. It turns out since I am not a valued customer with limited points etc. I would not be eligible for anything but what I earned should I used the promotion. I used this promotion that I was not allowed to use at a later date.

I wanted something more for the fact I drove an hour and one half each way to use this promotion.

I find it unacceptable to not even receive a response to at least one of my emails.
