Tom install flooring in my house, he admitted to not following the manufacture install guide lines. Failed to meet with manufacture rep not once but twice. He tried to make up stories about moister but never once did he take any test. He hacked in my vinyl. Then he wanted paid. I refused then he sued for money for his bad craftsmanship. Manufacturer report says by craftsmanship.
