The Doritos were on sale this week where if you buy one, you get one free. They also had a $1 coupon off the purchase of two bags of Doritos. When I went to the register, the rude manager said I couldn't apply the coupon to my purchase. I asked her to try scanning the coupon anyway, but she refused. She said the coupons don't work on a buy one get one free and even though I was purchasing two, with one given for free, I still couldn;t understand why Tom Thumb would refuse to take the manufactuer coupon. They get their money back anyway. And you would think, since I was spending $80 worth of groceries, and only had a total of three coupons, including the Dorito's coupon, in which was available at their store on a display, would honor such saving in order to keep me as a customer. But this manager, whose last name begins with a "G", is just the rudest person at Tom Thumb. Tom Thumb needs to re-evaluate her customer service skills!
