I have over the past year not had one job printed at tone digital withou there being re-prints involved. Jobs don't get completed on time and sometimes you receive scratched or damaged goods. I have always thought they were highly competent and well priced but since they have doubled in size the service has gone down the drain. I will not use them again for printing or any other service and will not refer anybody to them ever again. I have been in the industry fo 12 years and have never seen such bad service.
