Unathorized Charges
I have also been charged several times by this company, which is something I never agreed to. Listed on my bill is a charge for "Too Lazy LLC: Alerts-Too Lazy Alerts-09/26 $9.99 " You can opt out of the service (which should have happened in the first place) at http://www.nomoretexting.com/ Not sure how I go about getting my money back, but I will find a way.

Charged for services not agreed to
when I received my bill for my cell phone with these trumped up charges I was furious, still am! Listed on my bill is a charge for "Too Lazy LLC: Alerts-Too Lazy Alerts-09/26 $9.99 " So I called Sprint to ask them what these charges were for and I also have printed out the entire conversation with the representative. They said, and I quote " These charges normally stem from entering your wireless number on a website for a 'FREE' ringer." Really? how legitimate is that? I also feel like Sprint is complicit in that they have NO information on a company that they have agreed to bill for? Seriously this is nothing more than a scam and I will not let it go!

texting
unauthorized texting (can't be blocked by alltel) alltel did refund 1 $10 charge. alltel suggested responding to www.nomoretexting.com which i did. on 6 27 09 i received another text from them i responded to the site again and received another text

Fraudulent Charges
I received text on my mobile phone from an unfamiliar company which I just ignored at first. They have now charged over $220 to my AT&T bill. I have tried unsuccessfully to unsubscribe, after searching many online boards just to get the site information, which is very limited. I have seen what must be thousands of complaints online, yet my carrier will not refund the charges.
