I have been charged $9.99 a month for the past 4 months on my 13 yr old sons phone line. I went to Sprint and was told that it is an outside charge and that they can not do anything about this. I am still currently being charged. This was an unauthorized charge on the phone. After talking to my son he said he was on a website that requested him to take an IQ test.
