Not sure what the other comment could be about. We moved to FXBG in May '09. We rented from Top Choice while working on a more permanent location. Ended up buying a foreclosure rather than building with Top Choice, but actually got insight from them regarding the value and options on that house with only minor work for them. Very responsive landlord and helpful contractor, even when it ended up that we didn't build a home with them. We've lived in 5 states over the past 30 years and do not recall a builder with such commitment to honesty and customer service.
