When they arrived on the day of the inspection

When they arrived on the day of the inspection, one of first things they did was go up on the roof. They explained the composition of the roof, what I could reasonably expect out of the roof and how to walk on the roof without damaging it if I ever needed to get up there. During the inspection of the inside of the house, I followed them from room to room. They explained everything to me as we went along and answered all my questions. I, highly, recommend doing this.

On one of the properties

On one of the properties there was asbestos looking insulation wrapped around a heating dust system, Top to Bottom Inspections, LLC was able to quickly get the sample and have it tested for asbestos presence. In every report we have also received an approximate repair estimate which potentially gave us the ability to leverage with the seller. Overall a very pleasant experience, easy to schedule, great communication and a very respectable company, highly recommend.
