This company is very unorganized, unprofessional, and NEVER returns phone calls. I had them scheduled, the mowers never showed. I called Top to Bottom several times and no call back. So I ended up calling another company. They came out a wk. later to give me a quote and Top to Bottom shows up. How embarrassing! Top to Bottom never called me to apologize or tell me what was going on. It ended up as them doing a crappy job. They didn't edge very well and left alot of tall grass, but I stuck with them giving them the benefit of the doubt. We agreed on bi-weekly service and again never showed! I have called them several times and no call backs. We have gone back with the gentleman that showed up the same day as Top to Bottom came out. Please take this complaint into consideration before calling Top to Bottom for service. I am a very patient person, but I can not deal with a company that can't even return a quick phone call or email!
