Do NOT work with these guys they are the worst EVER!! They say they can do a loan and waste your money on an appraisal and do not give you A LOAN. They sell everyone an appraisal to "tie you down" then decide if you can actually qualify for a loan. Worst is if you do Qualify they charge maximum fees EVERYTIME at closing!! Tell you it is cheap then whammo, all the fees they can charge whin in a pennies of high costs. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM!!!
