Products are apparently drop-shipped from China. After being assured that the scooter we wanted was in stock, it still took four or five weeks to arrive. But after five MONTHS we still don't have any paperwork. It would be nice if dear Doug could at least send samples so we can make our own. Still, it's a nice machine at a great price. Looks great in my garage.
