If you go to this restaurant, I hope that you do not want to talk to the manager. For first, he will not even identify himself as the manager (even though the staff identified him to me), but, even before you have a chance to ask something or say anything, he will tell you that you are bothering him and that he is not interested in what you have to say. Therefore, my only advise is, go at your own risk (in my opinion, it's not worth going there).
