I ordered 2 topsy-turvy planter about 7-8 weeks ago and I have not received them as of yet. Twi weeks ago they sent me an e-mail saying the items were shipped on a Monday the 3rd, and still no product has beend shipped to me. I want to know how to file charges against this company for fraudulent sale ethics. They have done nothing but lie to almost everyone that has ordered from them.
