i have bought a fan from 2 monthes, 24 hours after that the fan fails to start, i contacted toshia centre (gezera badran - shoura), and they told me that the engine is out of work and must be replaced by a new one on thier expense but wait it to be available and to contact them, for more than 40 days with no response saying that they have no spare parts nor that model from the mother company and lastly they tell me that i have no choice to wait for undetermined period, is that logic, the weather get hotter, i can"t afford buing anather one, my right is lost, lastly i have contacted thier complaint cantre via mail, they asked me to wait for 3 business days, and it passed with no response and great neglection, save me ? it is my right, my phone is 0101727006, for your urgent care.
