I took my car to Total Auto Serve, due to a minor Electrical fault, meaning my park lights were not working, An hour later the owner told me that my whole ignition wires have been burnt and that he replaced them, which he then billed me for R800.00, I then approached him asking for the old parts, he was unable to provide it, when i asked him why so much, he said that the auto electrician had to be called out, which was incorrect, the guy was on site, when I got there, When I again asked to explain, he kept on saying that all the ignition wires were burnt, but he was basically lying through his teeth, The same day when I was at the mechanic's workshop he had a argument with another customer, taking the guys money and not providing the service or parts. It seems that this mechanic is basically ripping off all innocent customers, I needs advice in getting my money back.
