I went on shopnbc.com, my husband noticed that they had trials for teeth whitening. I ordered trial for $4.95 which was charged to my account. I received product 11/08/10 and on 11/19/10 I was charged $129.95 for the product. When I called them they said in the contract it stated that you will be charged for the product 2 weeks from the date it was ordered. They stated that they will give me back $50 but I told them that I want it all back. Then the gentleman told me since I was being nasty with him that I would not get my $50 nor will I get the product for the year that I am paying for. So I have no product and I am out of $129.95 which also was bouncing my account. I contacted my bank and they stated to wait 30 days then try again. I am still not able to get my money back.
