Never used warranty coverage - have TRIED to get ahold of APCO - written letter(s) about "Steering Wheel noise" in my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid. Will not go in to dealership until I know that I have repair coverage. There's a "Diagnostic Charge" to find out what the problem is. What a joke. I paid roughly $1500 for this "peace of mind".
You know what - the dealership has a surname for Easy Care - "Sleeze Care"
