In going through past copies (and present month) of my ATT bill, I discovered I am being billed on average $30.31 by Total Enhanced Services Billing Inc., a company I have never heard of and do no business with. In my conversations with ATT this morning, I was told I should contact the company directly -- which does no good.
I am surprised, and outraged.
