I was "clearly" told by the person on the phone that I needed to call back on Nov. 2nd after I had a longer time to try the the Brightwhite pen in order to cancel my order. I try all day to get to them on the phone and finally I got through on the 2nd day of November like I was told. But, they had already charge my account for $ 87.62., I thought I could trust them the lady that told me "no, mam we will NOT change your account until you have had the time to try the "PEN" you have my word" Well, hers word wasn't worth anything. They WILL NOT credit my account back. They claim that what I got was "not" a "sample" but the full supply. They told me they would credit me if I send it back but refuse to give me an address to mail it back to...DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, THIS COMPANY LIKES TO STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THEY DON'T CARE!!!
