Do not buy from TotalProDigital.com. It's bait and switch, just a scam. I wanted to purchased a specific and rather expensive Sony camcorder. As I talked to the salesman, he suggested I buy another model Sony with some accessories claiming it was very close to my original desire in features. After receiving the camcorder, I look at it once and taped the box shut. It seemed completely different than the camcorder I wanted. I called TotalProDigital.com and wait for a long time and finally w as told their would be a 15% restocking fee. I hung up and called again talking to another person and this time the restocking fee was 20%. I finally called customer service and was told their would be a 10% restocking fee. I argued until I got what I wanted - no restocking fee. As it was, it cost me

nearly $50.00 to insure and ship the crap back to TotalProDigital. I emailed these crooks and insisted they reimburse me for my shipping fees and never heard from them. Not only do they do a little bait and switch to dummies like myself, they lied about the so-called restocking fee insisting that they would lose money due to credit card company charges. I've never heard back from these crooks. Do not buy from TotalProDigital.
