april 13th, 2009 i called at 10:45 A.M to above phone #spoke with "ASHLEY' would not give me a confirmation shipping back # said an e-mail would be sent to me confirming a cancellation of an order i did not make to receive this product in the mail on sat. 4-11-09 i di8d receive a sample last year in NOV. 2008 charged 5.95 for the sample which was charged to my credit card and paid i then cancelled all future orders. now in april 2009 an order is sent to me i call the # given to speak to a cancellation person and get double talk from a billing company inthe PHILLIPINES. i am to get an e-mail from her within 48 hours confirming this entire story. she said that there is no order so i asked how did i get this bottle of total cleanse pills in the mail? i was not able to get a shipping back confirmation # we will see what my e-mail from them will state i 48 hours i am printing this complaint for back up to my credit company in case i get charged what a fraud.
