i ordered the android t pad on 5/10/2011. i got it in a good time but when i started playing the games it just locked up. it has 180 warranty. when i call james cannon which is the owner he said that the warranty is not a refund just to fix it or give me a new one. so i gave them a try i sent it back on 5/23/2011 & always use usps to make them sign for it because you will have proof they got it & also like this happened to me i also reported it to the usps postal inspectors they will investigate them & if anything happens its a federal a fence they can see prison time i dont play around. they got the product back on 5/25/2011. after that i called left a message with him on 6/7/2011 on his phone & they never call me back or wrote me neither to this day of 7/10/2011 they still have no response but dont worry my credit card got my money back & im happy. i writing this to warn others to be careful if they order anything from this company.
