I have purchased 6 phones over the past 5 years and was promised $100. rebate each for 4 of them. I received only $100. They are so nice when you start a new plan or purchase new phones but act ignorant and hateful, as to what to do when their promises dont come through. Consequently I have decided to get rid of 2 of three of my accounts when the contract is up and unless rebates are added in upon purchase thet can stick them. The phone I paid $300. for is now $59. only 1 year later.
