Customer Abuse

I worked with Mario Exum, owner in the past for another family member and service was better. He said he worked very late the night before and didn't go home, but this behavior is unacceptable- and the reference to being a black belt is too!Touch of Heaven service was hell.
THE RANT WAS BECAUSE I GOT TIRED OF THIS BEHAVIOR---ALL DAY TOWARDS ME AS A CUSTOMER, AND TOWARDS THE STAFF- HE STOPPED WORKED ON THE PROJECT FOR ME-OBITUARIES I NEEDED THAT MONDAY AND WENT COMPLETELY OFF SEE THIS LINK AS I POSTED HIS RANT ON YOUTUBE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qxP1jEnbBrM
