This is my beef with Towers At Tropicana .When you complain to the office and the agent just roll their eyes at you & they dont take any action. But when the next time the people down stairs complain to the office the agent will be right there knocking at your door & making threats that they are going to call the COPS because you are making to much noise because you are in the process of moving. So this apartment complex wants you to walk on egg shells dont move boxes around and god for bid you drop something while you are getting everything ready for the movers. Do your every day stuff like walk around, hang stuff on you walls. They only listen to one side of the story & not the other persons. So my advice for any one thinking about moving to the property think twice because your next door neighbor might be that person that wants you to move around when it's a good time for them to LET move around, in apartment that YOU pay rent for.
