Placed an order to Tower.com using a bank money order. Order was placed on January 27, 2009; however, I never received an update on the order. They do not answer emails and when you call customer service via the 800 number you have to wait at least 30 minutes to talk with someone. When they finally answered, they hung up before I could speak. I had to call again and wait another 30 minutes, only to run into the same issue. This is very frustrating.
