In September of 2010 I had 2 new tires replaced. FIRST, the man handed me my keys and I left, I get into my van to find the new tire in a bag inside my vehicle with my spare donut ON the vehicle. I go back inside and ask whats all that about. "OH he says, (sales guy), your rim has a crack, needs to be welded before we can put tire on" OK, why wasnt I told this BEFORE given my keys? ANyways, I got the rim welded somewhere that does it, (50 dollars) THEN went back to the same town fair. NOW, my spare donut tire is missing. They never mounted it back under the van. When I called they said they had no donut there and if they did, theres no way to prove its mine. Of course it would be mine, I WAS JUST THERE and the donut was on the tire so I could get the rim fixed. I have NO idea what to do now, i cant afford a tire plus I feel they stole my spare. They even kept the equipment to mount the tire back under the van so even if I bought one, Id have to buy the hardware to mount it as well. They didnt even want to talk to me. Now its been too long I suppose to keep bothering them about it seeing as I keep getting the same answers. Well someone took the donut off to replace it with the new tire., Which I paid almost 300 dollars for AS WELL as waited hours on 3 separate days to do.
