Have had Time Warner Intergrated T-1 service for our retail/wholesale food company for years without any problems; was contacted by ATT Win Back and told I could get the same level of service for $200/month cheaper by switching to ATT. When our T-1 line was pulled by ATT, we lost internet access for one week (took that long for ATT to send a service person out); lost our fax lines for a couple of days, lost our Metro Line service (unlimited calling to the DFW metroplex; ATT apparently does not offer that service thus it is now a long distance charge); lost our voice mail system; lost our hunting or roll over lines (fixed in 2 days) and THE BIGGEST PROBLEM STILL NOT FIXED- lost our ability to process credit cards (done in past on the ultra quick T-1) due to now having only dial up access. ATT solutions- just 5 more lines at a cost of $45 each; lets see now it appears we are over the $200 per month savings
