I bought toyota corolla S 2009 rebuilt and my friend also bought same year corolla S rebuilt. He took his car to toyota dealer and they did that for free because it was RECALL and he told me that you should make a appointment when i called them she asked for VIN# i gave she booked me for recall service when i went their lady goes OH your car is rebuilt so we can't do that. I don't know whats difference i am paying same insurance ICBC inspecters passed to be on road now its toyota's problem and these guys saying we don't want to do that. IF TOYOTA DIDN'T DO THIS RECALL FOR MY CAR I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY TOYOTA VEHICLE AGAIN
