Bought a vehicle from them in November 2007. It was advetised with a Navigational System. It has it, but to use the system you need a special DVD. They gave me a signed note, promising to get the DVD for us, well that was over 5 months ago. Now they are just giving us the run around.
So we have had a navigational system for over 5 months that is useless to us.
All we want if for them to keep thier promise and get the DVD for us, how hard is that?
