I bought into a package deal with tracphone on getting a tracphone and minutes for a large fee. I have had nothing but problems with the tracphone since I've had it and all they do is give you the runaround and lie to you. The mailbox has not worked right since day one. Since they couldn't fix it I asked them to replace the phone and now they say, that is not part of the warranty. So, Beware before you buy their junk package that is worthless.
