Bought a handheld game console for my 7 year old son for his birthday. I'm currently unemployed do to personal reasons, I had fiftey buck to spend and he wanted a PSP console. I saw one through a google web search & though wow not bad. I purchased it through TradeTang on December 12 and recieved it on January 17, 2011. The console does not turn on nor does it charge, also it's not a PSP it's a PVP!!! Contacted the seller & he kept going in circles with the item then stopped responding all together. I had then took the dispute into action and still nothing. I then esculated the dispute and TradeTang service team acted as if they where going to handle it I had sent them 3 photos and 2 videos of evidence SHOWING them that this item was broken. Today the 27th of January I recieved an email stating that the seller checked the item before it was shipped, what the heck no he didnt thats bullcrap. They had also said to email them with the video evidence, I had sent it to them again. This has esculated into a big fustration and anexity meanwhile my son gets NOTHING!!!
