Purchase a trip to Italy through AAA and Trafalgar tours. Went to LAX to board on March 8, 2008 and my husbands ticket had been canceled by Trafalgar tours. No explanations. Have been trying to get refund but of course AAA Ins., Trafalgar tours and their ins. co. have passed the blame to each other and now no one knows anything and will not talk to me... AAA said their hands are tied and cannot help. Of course trip was paid in full since Jan, 2008. Will not use this company again.
