Signed up for their traffic exchange service and upon registration was offered the "opportunity" to upgrade the service (naturally this was a one-time only offer) so I made the mistake of subscribing for the fee of $18.97 per month.

Upon using the service (as a free member, because they never actually upgraded my membership even though they accepted my money), I discovered that there was only 1 other website in the exchange. (Probably belongs to the owner of the traffic exchange.) The credits I earned (viewing the one and only other website in the exchange about 62 times in a row) never got used because there wasn't anybody else there to view my website. Owner refused to respond to my request for a refund.
