I purchased 10, 000 hits over the weekend from this company. When I did not hear from them I emailed them. I got back rude email saying that they would get back to me in three business days. (The email stopped short of saying, "Were you so stupid you did not read our 'Thank You Page.' Obviously the Thank You Page contained information I should have been told upfront. ) So I waited and heard nothing after 3 business days. I emailed saying I would file a Paypal claim if I did not hear from them. I had to file the claim. In a previous complaint here the company responded that they had a high Paypal verified score. When I looked it was so low I thought they were a new company. I found it hard to believe their claim in that previous complaint that they were too busy.
