was charged more than what was said on my email nor did I want the other items that came along with this so called trial offer

I got an email stating if I pay only 4.95 for shipping and handling that I would be mailed a"FREE" trial offer of this product. I was charged 44.85 and did not want any other item. I am trying to rrturn what just came to me and of course the toll free number is a joke. on hold on hold on hold
