I purchased a trampoline from this store online for Christmas. It had posted free s&h everywhere. I placed my order and noted the final s&h as zero. When I checked my bank account I noticed a charge for $150 for s&h, I contacted them and they stated that in the fine print it is noted some exceptions and the some exceptions would show up on the final invoice before submitting. Well repeatedly I commented that this did not happen and even 2 times reordered shy of submit and it again showed free s&h. To no avail.. they offered $75 refund which I eventually received, but was totally upset about the misrepresentation. If it didn't cost so much I would have sent their trampoline back. Here's hoping someone else won't fall to their tactics.
