THIS OUTFIT IS A JOKE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! They advertise a low "come on" price, then they get you over the barrel. My estimate went from $800.00 to $2500.00. They try to B.S. about everything. My car has been out of service for two weeks and it only has been diagnosed!! The location of their shop is 1.5 hours away! They do none of the work, they act as a "general Contractor" and sub only the Labor out! This outfit only pays the shop for their labor to remove, go through, and install the transmission. You are paying Transciti for them furninshing the parts, which are drastically marked up. You save $000.00 going through them. In fact you are being overcharged, that is how they make their money. You dont even deal with the repair shop, you have to go through one of their unknowledgable reps. The quotes are sent by form letter. I have looked up complaints regarding their business and practices, and it was the same thing...low up front estimate, that then triples. What are you going to do? If you want to save yourself a major headache, and keep some of your money, go anywhere else. The whole principal on how this outfit operates on is deceit and lies! Just ask them how they make money, and yet they are giving you a great deal...right!!
