Transtech took advantage of having my bank account information and took out a "PCI fee" when I least expected it. It's a good thing that I had enough money in the bank to cover the debit. When I called about it they said it was a compliance fee to protect the customers. So shouldn't the customers be paying for this "insurance" to protect them. Since when was it a company's responsibility to protect people from using their debit cards and/or credit cards and charge me for it. I personally have credit card fraud protection on my credit cards just for that reason. Transtech didn't even give me any notice about the fee. But of coarse in the fine print of their agreement they have listed that I give them permission to take whatever they see fit to take when they think that I owe it to them and if I don't like it then I shall pay them $495 for breaking contract or at the very least $25 per month until the contract is up. But as I have read in someone else's case... they renew your contract forever so you have no choice of renewal without breaking the contract early. Oh, by the way... They don't send you a bill like every other company, they send you a statement when they choose to after they have taken their fees out of your bank account. Not before and they can't tell you what they are going to debit from your account ahead of time for some reason like other companies do all the time. I advise anyone to not go with this credit card processing company.
