We had booked ticket from Trivandrum to Bangalore. Post booking, I didnot get any confirmation on the booking status. I contacted the above mentioned person via email twice but he didnot respond to any of my queries. I then called the customer care center and asked them to cancel my order. The lady said it will be cancelled in 2 days time and she would sent me a cancellation confirmation in 2 hours time. I havent received any email from them neither any call or messages.

I have kept calling them religiously but no one picks up the customer care number.

Today, amount Rs 8700 has been dedited from my account for the ticket which was never booked as I havent got any booking/cancellation confirmation yet.

Please advise how do we get our money back. I am afraid as they may charge me the cancellation charges. As ticket was not booked via travel cha cha, I got my tickets booked with Yatra.

Please help us resolve the issue with Travel cha cha. This is a very bad service.
