Never received the promised "gift" even though its been about 8 weeks, when I called to check up, turns out I was supposed to complete a "two-step" process to get the iPod they promised. Then they offered 100 dollars worth of "rebates" to try to keep me from canceling. I already emailed them, and complained with the BBB; which I anyone who has been cheated by them to do. Businesses will smile and nod at your complaints, but when the BBB is involved they will actually get serious about it and will do some good for a change.

I suggest anyone considering this service to stay away from it. Its a shame that my bank (Wells Fargo) sent me their offer in their envelope.
