When I talked to them about Mexico Insurance, I was told I was covered for 25 miles into Mexico, and then I would need to get my own policy from there on. Well my truck was stolen, "5" miles In... when I called to file a claim, they looked for every trick in the book to keep me from filing a claim. "SCAMMers" After speaking with several agents from different companies, I was told, the least they should have done, is Honor what they said. AND fire the agent who told me "wrong"!!
Look for an agent you can physically talk to, or get your "hands on", I was "always" talking with them on their 800 number... "Bad idea"...
