I purchased tickets for 4 adults to fly from Calgary to Honolulu, Feb 10/08 to Mar 5/08 - through expedia, and purchased Travel Insurance on each of these tickets, also through expedia.
The insurance came to $200.00 per person, and it was all for nothing, we could have taken a fifth person and then some for what it cost us. We paid $600.00 per person to travel, and $800.00 for worthless insurance.
One of the persons lost their luggage, and had to replace everything, it never did arrive. And the travel insurance company wouldn't even talk to us.
What a waste of money and peace of mind.
Never again!!
Considering booking with another agency when we go back this next time.
This was our second booking through expedia, and it may have been our last.
