DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!

They billed my credit card and booked a non-refundable trip without ever confirming my travel dates or providing me with an itinerary before booking so that I could see what I was buying.

I asked for an itinerary several times before booking and they refused. They were lax in returning my calls, booked the wrong trip dates TWICE, refused to refund my money, and to correct the trip dates I had to pay the penalties. They refused to compensate me in any way for their errors...stating "they were in business to make money."

This company also provided misleading information to my credit card company in an attempt to discredit my claims against them.

They also booked me at a hotel that had no pool, despite confirming that there was a pool. These people are supposed to be travel experts.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
