If you ever experienced worse service try Travisa outsourcing for OCI card processing. I can bet you can never experience worse service than these people. Their phone is 90% of the time engaged, if you manage to get through that then 2 hrs of wait. Then uneducated, un helpful and rude service is all what you get. I have sent all required documents but they kept on asking same documents one after the other. I got totally tired of mailing these documents one after the other and finally getting back passport itself is a night mare. Its waste of time and money, i decided to drvie to sfo from LA to get visa in person.
